Design Process

Design Timeline (Weeks 1 –4)

Week 1

Week 1: Design Consult, Site Visit & Measurements
  • Initial phone consultation with the design team to align on goals, investment strategy, creative direction, amenities, and potential renovations
  • On-site visit for in-depth measurements and evaluation of existing conditions

Week 2 & 3

Concept & Amenities Approval
  • Designers develop the overall concept, including mood board, design direction, and amenity plan
  • Color palette, materials, select furnishings
  • Client reviews and approves design concept, amenities, and materials

Week 4

Final Design Package, Approval & Revisions
  • Final furniture, lighting, décor, and amenity selections delivered
  • Client reviews the final design package
  • Final design approval obtained
  • One structured revision round incorporated

This is our full-service, white-glove offering. In addition to the complete design, we manage the execution from start to finish: procurement, coordination, delivery, and installation. Our team oversees every detail to ensure the design is executed seamlessly, efficiently, and exactly as intended, resulting in a finished home that is turnkey, photo-ready, and built to perform.

  • Color palette, materials, furnishings, and proposed renovations defined
  • Project Manager provides high-level cost ranges for proposed construction items
  • Client reviews and approves design concept, amenities, and construction scope

Week 3

Trades Week
  • Project Manager conducts Trades Day with subcontractors
  • Site walk-throughs completed and bids collected
  • Construction scope, sequencing, and schedule finalized

Week 4

Construction Begins
  • Construction begins per approved scope
  • Project Manager oversees execution, trades, and timelines

Week 5

Final Design Package, Approval & Revisions
  • Final furniture, lighting, décor, and amenity selections delivered
  • Client reviews the final design package
  • Final design approval obtained
  • One structured revision round incorporated

Week 6-9

Procurement, Delivery & Construction
  • Design team manages all purchasing, order tracking, and vendor coordination
  • Items are inspected upon arrival to ensure quality and condition
  • Backorders or discontinued items are identified immediately and reselected as needed
  • Furniture and amenity deliveries coordinated alongside construction
  • Project Manager continues overseeing all renovation work and schedules

Weeks 10–12

Install & Final Styling
  • Full installation typically completed in approximately five business days
  • Includes all furniture, décor, and amenities
  • Designers complete final styling and accessorizing
